ONTIMIZE ECLIPSE PLUGIN

 

This Eclipse Plugin for Ontimize may be used if users fulfill the following requirements:

• Use the Eclipse Galileo for Java EE developers.

• Use the Java SE (1.6).

 

 

 

There are two ways to install this Ontimize-Eclipse plugin, the automatic installation and the manual installation. Choose one (Automatic installation is strongly recommended):

AUTOMATIC INSTALLATION: It is the easiest way to look for new updates:

• 1.- Select Help > Software Updates... > Available Software > Manage Sites... >  AddSite
• 2.- Type http://www.ontimize.com/update/3.5 and press OK
• 3.- Confirm that location has been added to Installed Software tab.
• 4.- Now in this tab, press Update... button and download the last version.
• 5.- For next updates, user should be repeat only the previous step.

 

MANUAL INSTALLATION:

If a plug-in does not have an update site, then you will be able to download the plug-in as a zip file. To install the plug-in, unzip the file into the Eclipse installation directory (or the plug-in directory depending on how the plug-in is packaged). The plug-in will not appear until you have restarted your workspace (Reboot Eclipse).
