	ABN Pipe Systems ABN Pipe Systems manufactures pipe systems made with thermoplastic materials for the construction industry, civil works, industrial works and telecommunications. They use some of the most cutting edge technology in Europe to develop highly technological and innovative products to a certified high quality. The Ontimize team has developed an Ontimize based information system for production management and automated storage. This solution, integrated with existing legacy systems, provides the functionality for managing the whole production process, including tracing, inspections and checks, warehouse management, warehouse monitoring, and so on.

	Acuinova Acuinova has developed a technique for marine production complementary to natural sources. As a global pioneer, it has an innovative integrated system, covering all processes inherent in such activity from fish growing to its processing and packaging. The most advanced automatic systems for feeding in aquaculture are used to obtain minimum energy expenditure and the pioneering use of the RFID Systems (Radio Frequency ID) in this sector to manage the transport of fish between farming tanks and the fish processing plant. The fish farm has used Ontimize "Elastic aqua business" to manage its automated feed-carts in Mira (Portugal), which has an approximate surface area of 570.000 m2 with a production capacity of 7.000 tons of turbot per year.

	ADIF Adif, the administrative organization for Railway Infrastructures throughout Spain, is a state-owned company that reports to the Spanish Ministry of Public Works. Adif plays a leading role in promoting the railway sector, evolving it towards an ideal mode of transport and modernizing the access to its infrastructure. Imatia has developed several projects for ADIF, such us the development and implementation of an Ontimize based information system designed to manage the railway network inventory itself. In addition Imatia's process management solution CIVIDAS has been implemented to help administer the building files at ADIF's Energy Directorate.

	AIN active AIN active is a leading technical consultancy for providing comprehensive engineering services. Using Ontimize and, together with our partners Wireless Galicia, a fully equipped system to calculate the installation costs of high voltage overhead lines is being developed. This system contains graphical tools for design operations and for manual modifications of power lines, adding, modifying or eliminating support infrastructure. Moreover, it also performs driver mechanical calculations and graphic resets of the support points automatically.

	Alvarado Frío Distribucción Alvarado Frío y Distribución is a well-known handling, storage and distribution company. The Alvarado logistics infrastructure enables it to offer both comprehensive refrigerated transport services as well as distributed cold storage (for example space may be hired in Alvarado refrigerated storage facilities). Using Ontimize technology a competitive modern and scaleable management solution has been developed for Alvarado to improve their productivity and competitiveness, broaden the service provided to their customers and optimize communications with other members of the value chain, such as shippers, consignees, messengers, and so on. The Ontimize solution is composed of three main integrated modules, a Management System Module for purchasing, sales, billing, tariffs definition, control of travel expenses, etc. an SGA Module implemented in their warehouses and a Traffic Control Module for the optimization of routes, trips, etc.

	Astillero Barreras Astillero Barreras is a Spanish shipyard plant, and a leader in the shipbuilding industry. During the last 115 years it has built more than 1500 ships, including cargo vessels, trawlers, ferry boats, transatlantic vessels and so on. Today it is focused on building large vessels. At the leading edge of innovations and new technologies, it is a well known reference for shipbuilding throughout Europe. Due to the complexity of the sector, automating blueprint access and modification dramatically reduces the time to build ships while increasing project quality. Using Ontimize technology, a blueprint system was designed and implemented for Barreras to manage the full document life cycle, allowing for the multi-discipline collaboration required for shipbuilding. All the technical stuff who need to access and modify the documents can do so seamlessly and changes can be distributed to those who need to be informed, speeding up the building process and increasing its quality.

	Blanco (Diagomoda S.L.) Blanco is a well-established Spanish business dedicated to the design, manufacture, distribution and sale of all kinds of accessories and clothing items for young, urban men and women. It has implemented the Ontimize Supply Chain Management system to optimize and reduce the cost of main enterprise operations such as, automation of box traffic management, integration with SAP R3 and control systems, equal workload distribution among picking operators, pick to light, real-time routing, adaptable routing based on conditions, productivity management etc.

	CETMAR CETMAR is a Public Foundation promoted by the Regional Department of Fisheries and Maritime Affairs and the General Directorate of the Government of Galicia together with the former Spanish Ministry of Science and Technology. It is to be a link between training, research and companies, encouraging the exchange of knowledge and technological advances. When dangerous affluence appears in water (rivers, seas, reservoirs etc.), an Ontimize powered solution, which includes Ontimize Workflow, determines all the actions to be executed as well as the resources needed to deal with the threat.

	Comar The Comar Group of companies is centred on innovation in the Leisure and Tourism sector. It uses an Ontimize based distributed information system for the management of casinos, bingo and machine operators.

	Cortizo Systems Cortizo is a company with more than 1.200 employees, is always at the forefront of innovation and is considered as one of the pioneers in its marketplace. 	Continental Producciones GRUPO CONTINENTAL is an audio-visual production company with offices in Coruña, Madrid and Barcelona. From that moment on, Continental has been producing feature films, made-for-TV films, fiction series, programs, documentaries, ads and a wide range of products which aim to combine profitability, technical quality and artistic and cultural interest. 	GOC G.O.C. is a large company devoted to Engineering, Consulting and Integrated Services related to construction, within the building and infrastructure sector. Since 2002, Imatia and the Ontimize team have helped GOC develop and evolve their custom, highly-specialized ERP software based on Ontimize. Codenamed Thor, the resulting product encompasses a wide array of modules specific to the Engineering /Construction/QA industry.

	Grupo FEMXA FEMXA Group develops customized training plans to suit the training needs of various sectors which are designed to improve the skills of their workers. They develop training plans customized to the training needs of various sectors and also design and manage training activities throughout Spain. This group uses an Ontimize-based project management toolkit that allows them to track and control process execution.

	Foundation G-prodis The Foundation GPRODIS mission is the development of services aimed at helping improve the quality of life of disabled citizens in Galicia. The Ontimize team development for G-Prodis is part of the GPIntegra project to modernize the digital network for disabled people. Successful projects thus far have included implementing the basic coordination, centralization and link management process software. The management of key processes such as modules for an individuals planning as well as workers management, financial management, document management and auxiliary modules (users, profiles and permissions) are nearing completion.

	Hermanos Sánchez Blanco (HERSAN), S.A An innovative company dedicated to the design and assembly of custom kitchens with successful and modern designs, that uses an Elastic Business Implementation and integration with the application of sales and the existing product catalog in Hersan. This Ontimize solution allows employees to send the necessary information to a kitchen unit cutting optimizer machine.

	Industrias Carballo, S.L. A Company specializing in exclusive quality and design in the furniture sector, and whose main product is wooden kitchen units. The company covers the entire process of designing, manufacturing and assembly, and the company has an established international market presence. The Imatia team has deployed an Ontimize-based ERP with the ability to generate articles automatically based on configurable parameters including optimized cut definitions. This allows the display of the current manufacturing status.

	Industrias de Transformación de Maderas del Atlántico, S.L. A timber company belonging to the Atlantic Group, located in Caldas de Reyes and dedicated to the manufacture of doors of varnished or natural wood as well as sets of parts for future assembly. Ontimize and the Elastic Business ERP were both required for this client. A special interest for the customer was an automatic order generator from the sales orders leading to an optimized cutting plan. The resultant software has greatly increased production and shortened the delivery time to customers.

	Insuiña A Fish farm that belongs to the Pescanova group. It provides both species (young fishes) and technology to the holding company enterprises. It specializes in the species of bream, turbot and sea bass. This fish farm has an Ontimize "Elastic aqua business" to manage a range of tasks in its fish farms.

	Ipasa IPASA is in the foodstuff sector business with 40 years of experience, focused on producing and distributing bakery products, including buns and pastisserie and has an international presence. There is also a chain of bakeries, branded as a franchise and forming a selling network. For internal development, IPASA decided to create their own custom in-house solution to reflect their particular management techniques covering their needs. To do so, after analyzing the available technologies in the sector they decided to use the Ontimize Open Source version, which is used to create their applications with high quality, low cost and an open technology which negates any proprietary lock-in in the future.

	Kairos Audiovisual de Servicios Kairos offers a total service for audiovisual productions. With Ontimize technologies the development and deployment of a management system for audiovisual content has been successfully implemented by the Ontimize team.

	Madeiras Cordeiro, S.L. A company with over 25 years of experience in the wood sector, dedicated to the manufacture of natural and varnished solid platforms. Cordeiro Timber is CoQ certified. The CoQ certification belongs to the FSC (American Hardwood Export Council) and guarantees the controlled origin of its raw material. This company uses the Ontimize-based Elastic Business ERP and it also has been assisted by the Ontimize team in the implementation and integration of its processes, ensuring the quality of the data in order to obtain the ISO 9001 Quality Certification.

	Molduras Orense, S.L A company dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of Moldings, Platforms, Pallets and Wood for Decoration. The quality and use of its woods, both domestic and exotic are well known in national and international markets. This company uses the Elastic Business ERP, whose technology is based on Ontimize. Also the process of integration and improvement of logistics and production flows using the ERP has been implemented. In particular, the system work for composite pallets of products was developed and integrated, which supports unpredictable desviations on original amount estimations in the order.

	Naffta Naffta is a modern and innovative clothing company dedicated to design and to manufacture fashion and comfortable women's sportswear, which uses an Ontimize-based application called "Elastic Fashion Business". This application allows end-users to comprehensively manage and monitor all the processes involved in managing a textile company. That is, processes such as sales, purchasing, production, business management, warehouse and billing are included in this Ontimize module.

	Nertus NERTUS was formed to optimize the synergy between Siemens, as a technology leader and manufacturer of rolling stock (trains, carriages etc.) and the Spanish Dirección General de Fabricación y Mantenimiento, RENFE Integria, which is Spains industrial organization specialized in rolling stock maintenance. Based on Ontimize, a full information system to manage the Catalog has been developed for these Ontimize clients. This system makes management possible for the whole BOM (Bill Of Materials) for series 103 of Renfe's trains. Additional operations include browsing the catalog structure, designing the navigation structure, maintaining and updating the catalog, use of a graphical Max interface, export to PDF Catalog, and so on.

	Network Rail Network Rail owns and operates Britain's rail infrastructure, with more than 2500 stations and with traffic of around 1.2 billion passenger journeys in 2009, using 24,000 trains a day. It promotes the British railway system by means of the development and management of a safe, efficient and sustainable infrastructure to the highest quality standards in environmental terms. With an Ontimize based solution, Network Rail can manage all the 4 Million + relays that form essential circuits for signalling and electrification control systems. With this solution, the periodical inspections that ensure that all relays are certified can be controlled, as well as the work orders to fix or replace any damaged or old relays. Moreover, a very powerful search utility can track the location, function, status, type and, in general, any relevant information for each relay. And with the advanced communication technologies Ontimize includes, all these operations can be monitored successfully in each of the 2500 stations that belong to the Network Rail infrastructure.

	OkyCoky OkyCoky is set up in Vigo, in the region of Galicia, which currently represents one of the international fashion references of the country since Galician textile manufacturers have reached an international recognition in the world of fashion due to the quality and design of their products. OkyCoky uses a Ontimize-based application, called " Elastic Fashion Business", which allows users to manage and monitor all the processes involved in managing a textile company. That is, processes such as sales, purchasing, production, business management, warehouse and billing are included using this Ontimize module.

	Openservices Openservices advises, trains and assists clients in all matters that relate to Quality Management. They help them to design, implement, operate, audit and improve their Quality Systems. OpenServices and Ontimize have successfully developed a system for analysis of digital tachograph data, called Opentach

	OCV OCV is a leader in the solar thermal market with a firm commitment of services to society and industry with a high level of quality. One of its aims is the promotion and dissemination of information pertaining to the use of renewable energy. Using Ontimize, an Elastic Business application suite was deployed with modules for production, traceability and quality. Moreover, a new solar thermal collector was designed and implementing its productive system, logistic system and comprehensive management system was also launched,. A new service was therefore made available for the design and simulation of solar thermal systems oriented installation companies.

	Protec Girona PROTEC is a company that offers a comprehensive service for projects and security systems installations: theft, video surveillance and access controls. This was approved by the Directorate General of public security, DGS number 996. PROTEC uses an Ontimize Elastic Security Application, which is a vertical solution for security companies based on Ontimize Elastic Business. Ontimize Elastic Business is a fully functional and easy to use toolset which allows Protec to manage purchases, sales, warehouses, accounting, workforce management, facilities management, planning of interventions, technical assistance services, fire extinguishers, and so on.

	R Cable y Telecomunicaciones R is the Galician operator of fibre optic communications. With advanced technology, R offers Galician companies and homes the most advanced services in all areas of communication. Using the best-of-class Ontimize software several corporate systems have already been created. Some examples are, contacts managing system, quality measurement system, information system for managing logistics associated with the mobile phone market, a support system for billing customers, inventory management system of the Galician Government telephone network and data, systems for managing the maintenance technicians and installers work (mobile applications for technicians and centralized applications for user management).

	Serinfer Serinfer Servicios Informáticos has developed open and intuitive software for a group of automotive companies with the Ontimize teams help. This information system is for the automation of the process of data importation and its management. and allows users to save costs (time and resources) invested in the development of specific processes for importing data. It also provides real time information and audit on the implementation of the various data import processes.

	Sucopy, S.L. Sucopy is a company dedicated to marketing and logistic distribution of consumables (toners, inks, ...) and spare-parts for all types of printers and photocopiers. Sucopy uses an Ontimize ERP to manage its production and work. The Ontimize team has also made an analysis of the Sucopy business model based on the speed of service, real-time management and configuration of the stock order through a PDA. In addition a CRM module was developed in order to allow sales staff to know, at the same time as a sale is being made, the profit of that sale, the history of the client and the degree of the order coverage. Development of a virtual store based Konakart technology is also integrated with the ERP.

	Transfrío Transfrío is one of the major companies offering logistics services including a fleet of large refrigerated vehicles to the main fish market and auctions of Vigo, the largest fishing port in Spain. The innovative Ontimize developments for Transfrío have produced many improvements in their logistical services, including process optimization from data retrieval to transportation organization, decrease in pick-up and delivery times resulting in better customer experience, assistance in decision-making, progressive logistics improvement based on statistical measurement, warehouse preparation, eliminated use of paper as operational supporting information, complementary traceability to the delivered product, reliable management data-entry, the list goes on.

	Vía Láctea Comunicación Vía Láctea Comunicación is a company dedicated to monitoring media, communication cabinets, web and graphic design. With Ontimize technologies the development and deployment of a system to manage and distribute press and copy has been successfully performed by the Ontimize team.

	Vicaro Confección Vicaro commercializes childrens garments and products which can only be found in the most exclusive boutiques. Its presence is worldwide through an expanding network of importers and distributors. Using Ontimize the deployment of a new and innovative system to manage warehouses using PCs, PDAs and Pick To Light devices was deployed. This competitive system manages the operations of the receipt of goods, materials dispatch, and counting tasks. Additionally, custom interfaces for integration with the corporate management system were developed and implemented.

PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

	Concello de Vigo The Council of Vigo is the organization in the Galician administration for Vigo citizens, a city which is the largest in Spain which is not a provincial capital, with a population of approx. 350,000 Since 2001, Imatia and the Ontimize team have been collaborating with the Council to help them create their award-winning e-government platform (which eventually inspired Cividas, an easily customized Ontimize based generic e-government solution). In recent years, in line with the rapid developments of the Internet, the Ontimize team has focused on creating rich content for public employees and citizen alike.

	Deputación de Pontevedra The "Deputación de Pontevedra" is part of the Galician administration to promote the prosperity of one of the 4 Galician Provinces (including Vigo – see above), with more that 62 municipalities and close to one million inhabitants. Imatia have developed with Ontimize several highly-automated, Cividas-based solutions for grant management, procurement and tender management which have proven to be critical for the success of a number of high-volume initiatives undertaken by the Deputacion. The Ontimize team have also developed an Ontimize application for the Aquelando2 labor exchange and specialized training programs.

	Dirección General de Transportes – Ministerio de Fomento - FNMT The Ministry of Public Works, Transport Division, implements the governmental policy on infrastructure of land, air and sea transport throughout Spain. Also the control, management and administrative regulation of transport services, the management and address of all postal and telegraph services, the direction of government services relating to astronomy, geodesy, geophysics and mapping, and also the planning and programming of investments for the mentioned infrastructure and services. Several Ontimize solutions were chosen for developing both a request management system for HGV driver licence ID cards and a data discharge and data analysis system for digital tachographs. The system was to be able to use Web services and PDAs for digital tachographs and to analyze their original analog disks to be replaced by the modern digital equivalents.

	FNMT-RCM The FNMT-RCM is the Royal Mint of Spain which is a public business entity under the umbrella of the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Finance. It is a corporation acting as a true public service. It is however open to collaboration with private entities in situations where there are security requirements and a need for strict monitoring of production. The FNMT has an Ontimize application in order to allow its employees to manage courses, qualification certificates (PAC) and driver qualification cards. Several topics have been developed to manage driver qualification cards, such as, the introduction of DGtrans a system to manage and control both the initial qualification and periodic training of drivers and also the subsequent issuance of accreditation cards denoting the ability of candidates after training.

	Mancomunidad del Área Intermunicipal de Vigo This organization has as its main purpose the provision of joint services ranging from cooperation in security and infrastructure to social and environmental activities. Building on the success of former e-government projects in the Vigo area, Imatia have developed with Ontimize several advanced features for the Cividas platform, including BDUAC (a shared repository of administrative information useful for citizens), embedded multi-source Ontimize GIS support, connectors to popular backoffice systems, etc.

	Cividas Cividas is a modern powerful Ontimize-based solutions platform that allows national, regional and local government administrative organizations to effectively implement processes whilst streamlining citizen interraction, physically, over the web or through channels such as mobile phones or call centers.

	The Imatia and Ontimize approach to eGovernment is a holistic one. It acknowledges the criticality and interdependence of a solid foundation of security, infrastructure, and architecture, whilst allowing for specific applications, services, and most importantly, access for anyone, anyplace, anytime. These characteristics make the Ontimize-based product Cividas particularly suitable for large institutions.
