TECHNICAL FEATURES

This new Ontimize module for the IBM FileNet product set integrates many FileNet functionalities with the added advantage of the Ontimize RIIA user interface and Ontimize's powerful components and products. Some of this module’s features are:

•  Integrates both FileNet Content and Process engines. Allows Ontimize FileNet platforms to be integrated with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Management (BPM)

•  A “Tree” folder tool to navigate quickly through the FileNet folder easily, which can also be indexed to a “Grid” in order to view the documents inside the selected folders

•  Document creation "Forms" and drag and drop grid skills in order to  add new documents to FileNet folders

•  Advanced document search including on FileNet server. This allows users to store and recover searches and send selected files attached to an email.

•  Powerful, inmediate response and easy-to-use Ontimize GUI which improves the default Filenet interface which is not as intuitive and responsive as a typical modern user requires.
