The Ontimize Agenda and Planning advanced components integrate the process of creating, maintaining and managing a multi-user timetable defined by some organizational goal with other associated Ontimize applications.
For the creation and refinement of a plan, and/or for integration with other plans, as well as proactive forecasting, these powerful Ontimize advanced components can be used to optimize timetables for users in many kinds of applications. They are particularly useful for integration with both Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and have already been successfully used as such in Ontimize based ERP and CRM systems.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
Setting goals on the basis of objectives and monitoring resources both quantitatively and qualitatively is essential in any planning process. The Ontimize team has therefore developed a powerful and useful feature set with both of these objectives in mind which include:
• Configuration options allowing multiple planning formats, such as daily agenda, weekly calendar, or monthly planner.
• Daily agenda mini-calendar display for next and previous month.
• Calendar navigator pointers to allow users to view other months, including busy date indicators.
• Working hours during regular work schedules can be configured in a fixed week interval, with automatic cell repaint for unavailable hours.
• Users can also individually customize the look and feel of both layout and color of the supplied defaults if they so prefer.
