The Ontimize Geographic Information System (GIS) component allows the user to represent geographical data from different sources in a single panel. This “map” panel includes the basic navigation, selection and editing tools needed to manage geographic data as well as to link that data to the application forms. The Ontimize GIS module also has further components that extend the functionality of the map panel, allowing for full integration with other Ontimize advanced components.

The Ontimize Document Management System (ODMS) is an Ontimize advanced component which allows the storage and management of documents remotely. It is simple to integrate within Ontimize applications, allowing sorting, classification and storage of documents in an open standards-based centralized repository. The Ontimize ODMS integrates basic document management functions with some advanced features to ensure a comfortable user experience often lacking in such products.

WORKFLOW
The Ontimize Workflow component is an advanced module for the design and execution of business processes. With the Ontimize Workflow component you can define tasks, define who is allowed to execute them, graphically establish an execution flow between the tasks to form a complete process, and execute several processes in parallel. At all times, you can control all the processes in execution, their status, their history, the pending tasks still to be completed and who is responsible for executing them, whilst monitoring the time taken in executing each task, performance statistics and so on.

The Ontimize Web Services (OWS) component allows communication between clients and servers using the standard transfer protocols used on the web, HTTP and HTTPS.OWS currently include optional security features they are particularly useful for enterprise and inter-enterprise architectures.

With the Ontimize Gantt advanced component, project schedules can be graphically added and integrated into your Ontimize application where appropriate in a simple but effective fashion. GANTT diagrams are currently the most popular way of representing project scheduling, and are used by almost all project managers in all sectors. The Ontimize Microedition (ME) is a complete Ontimize advanced module specifically designed to be executed in mobile devices such as PDA's, the new smartphones and so on. With emphasis on GUI design, mobility and communications, this component allows seamlessly extending Ontimize application integration to the mobile environment, and includes online / offline support with synchronization.

The Ontimize Diagram advanced component is a general purpose graphical module that allows users to concurrently design and display multiple diagrams based on application database information. This component can be customized to allow the representation of many different kinds of diagrams including flowcharts, organization charts, building plans, warehouse layouts, network diagrams, electronic circuit diagrams etc.
