Ontimize is a declarative high-level framework designed for increasing developer productivity when building and implementing interactive enterprise application solutions. Using Ontimize, robust and impressive component-based Rich Internet Applications can be created and deployed very quickly with a minimum of effort. This allows for extremely rapid ''User Acceptance'' test cycles, one of the most important factors known to cause projects to be delayed and exceed budget.

Ontimize technically adheres to those Open Standards which encourage a cross-platform multi-tiered approach and fully compliant Java and XML. Java Web Start technology is used to ensure application deployment over the network, automatically managing versions without the need of user intervention. The multi-platform interactive Ontimize GUI for the desktop is based on Java Swing Rich Client, and additionally for the Mobile environment Java MIDP. JavaFX technology is also used.

Ontimize makes this extensive range of rich client components directly available to developers without having to write the code themselves. Many other components addressing application behavior are also supplied including CRUD functionality, firewall tunneling, optimized communications, and many more. More advanced application components such as Reporting, Document Management, GIS, and Workflow are also available for integrating into the finished application if required.
