Ontimize is commercialized in the form of a run-time use license. This section describes the pricing schemes that are currently available for commercial licenses of Ontimize. (Customers requiring specific agreements should contact Imatia)

This pricing scheme allows a customer to run Ontimize for an unlimited number of users, time, CPUs and cores but is limited to one server (not a cluster).

• Unlimited use

This pricing scheme allows a customer to run Ontimize for an unlimited number of servers, users, time, CPUs and cores. The license can only be used for the customer’s internal purposes and cannot be transmitted to third parties.

• Unlimited distribution

This pricing scheme allows a partner to freely distribute Ontimize licenses as part of their products or services.

• Percentage of income

This pricing scheme allows a partner to freely distribute Ontimize licenses as part of their products or services. The price of the license is calculated as 10% of the income obtained by the partner from the commercialization of products or services based on Ontimize, be it through sales or rentals, maintenance fees, custom development, etc.

License Prices

Licenses can be purchased in a Single Payment (up-front) plus an annual Maintenance Fee (optional) or alternatively as an Annual Fee that includes the license and maintenance.

The Annual Fee pricing scheme is convenient for customers and partners that wish to reduce their investment but has a higher cost in the long run. The annual fees are not convertible to a Single Payment license. However, customers and partners are free to purchase a Single Payment license at any time.

These services are generally only available to licensed customers and partners.
